Centring of the lens
The centring of the lens is carried out by four threadpins, crosswise arranged, on the outside of the con-nector head.
Adjusting range: ±1 mmFurther notes see chapter 4.5.

Installing the protection glass
Put the protection glass into the nozzle body. Mount the ring nut with the mounting tool WH1080.
Afterwards, the nozzle body is mounted to the connec-tor head.

Installing the sensor insert and the nozzle electro-des
Carefully put the nozzle body onto the pins of theconnector head. Avoid soiling between the gol-den contact and the nozzle body.
Put the union nut onto the nozzle body and screwtight at the connector head. See that the parts fittightly.
Use only the nozzle body fitting to the focal length (seesystem survey, Fig. 3).
Put nozzle electrode on top of the sensor insert.Put on union nut and screw tight.
Use only the union nut fitting to the nozzle electrode(see system survey, Fig. 3).

Nozzle electrodes and the union nut mustonly be tightened smoothly (do not usetools), otherwise these parts may be dam-aged.
Besides cleanliness of the contact surfacesof these parts is to observe.
