韩国留学打工政策
1.允许对象：
①受指导教授(专任讲师以上)推荐的留学生及专科大学以上的高等教育机关等在校生在接受学校教程6个月(1学期)以上，持有留学(D-2)滞留资格。此规定只适用于正规课程入学6个月(1学期)以上的留学生，不包括语言进修在国内滞留的期间。
②修完正规学位课程后正在撰写论文且已获得论文指导教授推荐的人员，硕士课程允许在修完正规课程后1年内打工，博士不超过2年。
2.允许范围：
打工时间：学期中一周不超过20小时，打工场所限制在2处。
打工领域：
①与专业科目有密切关系的职业种类;
②社会一般观念上学生可从事的职业种类。但，必须具备各个领域相关法令规定的资格。
限制领域：
为保护产业机密，对在尖端产业和研究所等地打工加以限制。
禁止在“射幸行爲营业”场所打工，即禁止在侥幸行为行业打工，例：彩票发行业、悬赏业等。
禁止在声色娱乐场所等色情服务场所打工。
禁止在违反良好风俗的营业场所等地打工。学院设立、运营及课外辅导相关法律中所限制的针对个人课外辅导行为及语言讲师。
其他有违学生身份的活动及法务部长官认为有必要限制的其他领域。
3.须提交的材料：
①护照、外国人登录证。
②滞留资格以外的活动许可申请书。
