1) Do not weld the return line on the pop off valve of mud pump. 泥浆泵保险阀泄压管线,不能焊接。
2) Pop-off valve should be set properly and checked regularly on mud pump. 正确设置安全阀压力，并定期检查。
3) Take measures to keep mud clean in the circulation system, such as: install
strainer on the suction line; prevent mud material bags, gloves, rags and lumpy asphalt from entering mud system.
保持罐内泥浆的清洁，坚持使用泵上水滤网,杜绝泥浆包装袋、手套、棉纱，未分散的沥青等进入泥浆。
4) Personal being on-duty at mud pump area should put on full PPE and keep away
from high pressure area such as: return line on the pop-off valve and high pressure manifold. 泵房值班人员安全防护用品穿戴齐全，远离高压管汇和卸压管线。
5) Ensure each valve is on the right position before mud pump is on. 开泵前先检查各闸门状态是否正确。
6) Stop mud pump immediately in case that it is jammed. Do the following check
and analyze the possible causes. If the reason can not be found on the surface, POOH should be done and check the reason probably related to downhole condition. During checking period, reciprocate the drilling string.
一旦发现蹩泵应立即停泵，停止作业，检查分析蹩泵原因，地面查不到的原因时，起钻检查，停泵地面检查期间注意活动井下钻具。
7) In case of an abnormal mud pressure, do not continue drilling until the problem is

1) Strictly implement and perform GWDC HSE policy and practice. 严格遵守公司的规章制度和HSE 规定。
2) To obey orders from tool-pusher and driller. To be ready for filling in assistant
driller position in case that the AD is absent.
听从司钻和带班队长的安排。当副司钻不在的时候，顶替副司钻的岗位。 3) To clean, check and maintain the crown block, traveling block, swivel, hook,
rotary table, top driver, wire line, BOP on daily basis and make the report with the remaining problems or difficulties. To correctly and completely fill in running records of all the above equipments.
负责天车、游车、水龙头、大钩、转盘、顶驱、钻井大绳、防喷器等设备的日常清洁、检查和维护，及时汇报出现的问题。正确、完整地填写上述设备的使用记录。 4) Bolts and nuts on BOP and choke & kill manifold are tight.

5) Derrick. Ladder, lights, ropes, snatch blocks are properly secured and all the
