1) Observe HSE policy and implement HSE regulations specified to its post.
遵守HSE政策和执行本岗位的HSE 规定。
2) To help toolpusher to perform drilling operation efficiently and ensure all of the
mechanical equipment are in good working condition and order. 协助带班队长高效率地完成好钻井作业，确保所有的机械设备完好。
3) To be in charge of managing, maintaining and repairing all mechanical
equipment, such as drilling floor, power, mud circulation system, well control system and vehicles. Install, test the equipment to be responsible for and gather equipment running record and other documents.
负责所有机械设备，如钻台、动力、泥浆循环系统、井控系统和机动车辆等的管理、维护、维修等。负责设备在现场的安装、调试及资料的收集工作。
4) Timely resolve every trouble or difficulty of mechanical equipment and report
same. Any equipment that cannot be repaired or have to be changed out must be reported to managing department immediately.

5) Check how the equipment operation, maintenance and lubrication system is

8) To be responsible for upgraded design of on-site equipment and design of urgent
spare parts in order to be manufactured in the local factory.

(personal protection equipment) and tools.

11) Supervise& check drilling crew members to do equipment maintenance&
