I. Warm-up activities. 1. Ask one student to be on duty. 2. Review and check. II. New lesson. Learn professional words and expressions III. Recite the dialogues. Chinese cooking is world famous for its variety, color, aroma and flavor. Each region in China has its own special foods and cooking style, this contributes to over 5,000 well-known dishes from all over the country. Western food includes soup, small salad and etc. before the main course. A typical main course includes meat or fish, pasta, potatoes or rice, two to three vegetables or salad. Not both. Followed by dessert. Coffee or tea are served after dessert. IV. Role-play. V. Homework.
