二、人文社科研究报告分类标准
人文社科研究报告分为A、B、C、D四个等级：
A级包括获得党和国家领导人批示的或被全国性法律、法规和制度、政策制定采纳的研究报告和为社会产生直接经济效益1000（含）万元以上的研究报告。
B级包括获得省部级主要领导批示的或被国家部委、行业、省（市）、自治区党委政府制度与政策制定采纳的研究报告为社会产生直接经济效益600（含）—1000（不含）万元的研究报告。
C级包括获得省部级其他领导、副省级城市主要领导批示的或被副省级、地市级党委政府制定政策以及地方性法规采纳的研究报告和为社会产生直接经济效益300（含）—600（不含）万元的研究报告。
D级包括获得县市级以下党委政府主要领导批示的或被县市级党委政府政策制定采纳的研究报告和为社会产生直接经济效益50（含）--100（不含）万元的研究报告。
