最后,商业模式创新会遇到企业内、外部的各种阻力,怎样克服这些阻力是这部分研究的主要内容。笔者认为,企业可以通过不断的组织和个人学习,充分认识商业模式创新对企业的重要性来克服认知阻力;通过合理的制度和资源安排来克服组织结构和资源配置方面的阻力;通过强调不断的创新和加强组织柔性和动态适应能力,使商业模式创新成为企业的常态。
