总之,大多数学者认为,关节软骨是人体免疫应答的免疫疫区,是免疫损伤导致的创伤性骨关节炎的发生[9]。本实验可以检测到大量增多的炎性因子,我们认为可能是由于关节软骨在损伤后导致软骨胶原纤维的断裂,从而炎性因子浸入,引起炎性反应,最终导致创伤性骨关节炎的发生,但具体的途径还有待于进一步的研究。
