旅游主客交往研究进展及展望

（1. 南京大学地理学院 江苏南京 210093；2. 南京大学建筑与城市规划学院 江苏南京 210093）摘 要：居民和游客是旅游开发中的两个关键群体，自20世纪70年代以来，有关主客交往的研究一直为学界所关注。本文根据国内外旅游主客交往的研究文献，对主客交往的理论框架、影响因素、交往效应、交往驱动力、交往满意度、交往场景、研究方法等方面的进展进行了详细的综述，分析了当前主客交往在理论框架、研究内容、研究方法、研究学科中存在的问题。基于此，提出未来主客交往研究应加强以下3方面的工作：注重理论体系的构建；注重研究内容的前瞻性；注重多学科的交叉研究。

Research on Host-Guest Interaction in Tourism: Progress and Prospects

Abstract：Residents and tourists are two key stakeholders in tourism development. The research on host-guest interaction has gained increasing attention by scholars since 1970s. Based on the literature on host-guest interaction from China and abroad, this paper analyzes the review of host-guest interaction in detail from six aspects, namely theory framework, in uence factors, effects, satisfactions, scenes, and study methods. Then, the gap of current studies on host-guest interaction is analyzed in terms of research framework, contents, approaches and disciplines. Finally, this paper puts forward the prospects of research on host-guest interaction from three aspects: focusing on the construction of theoretical system, emphasizing prospective research, and attaching importance to multidisciplinary research.

主客关系的研究是个极富挑战性且越来越有价值
居民和游客是旅游开发中的两个关键群的学术领域[2]。自1963年Nunez发表第一篇主客体，自20世纪70年代以来，有关主客交往（host-交往的文章以来[3]，迄今国内外在主客交往方面guest interaction）的研究一直为学界所关注。发表的文章已经有661篇。本文通过对Annals of ［基金项目］ 国家自然科学基金项目(40901075)。
