Testing Procedures
The scope of Seller's factory testing to be performed on each item of Goods purchased pursuant to this Agreement is set out in the attached document (starting on the next page) entitled [?]. The scope of field testing and commissioning to be performed on each item of Goods purchased pursuant to this Agreement is set out in the subsequent document (also attached) entitled [?]. EXHIBIT 5
Manufacturing Reports
For each item of Goods, Seller shall furnish, in electronic and hard copy form, results of all testing conducted on such item of Goods at Seller's manufacturing facilities in accordance with and meeting the acceptance criteria set out in Exhibit 4. Seller’s manufacturing reports shall be available to Buyer in electronic form. One hardcopy of all testing data for the Goods contained in each shipment shall be physically included in such shipment with the location clearly identified on each pallet within the shipping container.
