In xx xx I graduated from Teachers College. After graduation, assigned to twenty high school work, have been engaged in teaching English, in December 1995 was promoted to secondary level teachers. I love my teaching. Through continuous learning, and constantly improve my professional knowledge, classroom teaching but also keep up the pace. Only have profound professional knowledge, does not necessarily become a good teacher, must also have some teaching skills.Therefore, in the education teaching, I always adhere to the theory and business learning. 篇2：小学英语教师自我评价
自从参加工作以来，我首先以师范生“学高为师，身正为范”的师德严格要求自己，要做一个合格的人民教师，认真学习和领会党的十六大精神和“三个代表”重要思想，与时俱进，爱岗敬业，为人师表，热爱学生，尊重学生，争取让每个学生都能享受到高质量有效的教育，都能有不同程度的发展，基于以上认识，
我在工作中踏踏实实不敢有丝毫马虎，备好每节课，上好每一堂课。
批好每一份作业，关注到每个学生，努力去做一个受学生尊敬的和信赖的老师。
在学科教学方面，我时刻告诫自己要做一个科研型教师，作为一名刚参加工作的青年教师来说，有的是一腔的热情，和对职业的坚定信念，而缺少的是老教师的宝贵教学经验，因此我要虚心的向她们学习上课中教学方法、教学技能和课堂调控技能等等。
在组长汪老师的带领和指导下，我积极参加组里每周一次的教研活动，与老师们一起学习新课程理念，探讨教学教法。
今年我们又开展了青蓝工程，我们这些新徒弟更要虚心的认真学习，要扎扎实实完成好的此项教学活动。
青年教师的成长，成熟要靠自己在教学中的苦练，摸索。
面对大班教学我不断的思考，摸索，实践：如何调动学生的积极性和主动性，消除课堂死角现象;如何既拔高优秀生又保整体质量。
为此我也正在每堂课的教学中尝试着积极制作教学用具设计灵活多样的游戏活动，使学生们在积极参与的同时获得知识;在课后，我认真地给孩子写评价，主动跟孩子们交流与家长沟通，不断鼓励后进生，帮助他们解决学习上的困难，取得进步。
本学期我担任了五(6)班的副班主任工作，在班主任的帮助下，我从刚开始望着纪律松散的学生不知所措到现在能帮助班主任管理班级得到学生的配合，心中对每位帮助过我的老师充满感激。
以后我更应多观察，多问，多做提高自己管班方面的能力。
我深知自己现在教学水平与一位优秀英语老师的标准还相差很远，但我相信，通过学习、操作，再反思、总结，然后再学习、操作，这样不停止、不放弃的学习，在不久的将来，我一定会取得进步，教出一批批优秀的小学生，实现一名小学英语教师一生不朽的价值
时光如梳，从xx年7月参加工作至今已近半年，经过这半年的努力工作和不断学习，我获益良多。
现在我总结一下近半年的得与失，发扬好的地方改进不足的地方，回顾走过的路可以更好的看清前面的路。
品德是决定一个人价值的先决条件。
没有良好的思想品德，其它的一切都是空谈。
因此这半年来我坚持定期学习马列主义毛泽东思想，提高自身的思想觉悟。
形成自身正确的人生观价值观。
同时也积极参加学校组织的各种各样的活动，这对我很有帮助，我本身也崇拜有巨大人格魅力的人，并一直努力自己能做到。
无论在什么情况下，我都没忘记“学为人师，行为世范”，并以品德至上来要求自己。
平时我虚心向学校老师学习教学经验，共同工作，共同学习，共同进步。
