测定生物样品中环丙沙星浓度的HPLC 法,国内外已有报道[10,11]。本法采用乙腈为蛋白沉淀剂,直接沉淀蛋白后进样,简单易操作。优化流动相,对考察LB 培养基中的环丙沙星浓度适用。
氨溴索增加BF 对抗生素的渗透的机制,可能与其抑制细菌胞外多糖的形成有关,本课题组正在对此作进一步研究。
