Step Ⅲ Reading
The purpose of this reading is to complete the story of Wang Peng and Yong Hui and show the students that it is never too late to change bad eating habits and begin afresh. After the fast reading, let the students do the exercises on page 14. Then let them match the words with their definitions.
T: Eating healthily means that no food in itself is good or bad. Eating properly depends on eating the right variety of foods in the right amount. Let’s read the passage quickly and say what they did with their menu.
