Unit 3 Social Problems (10 periods)
1、学习目的和要求
　　通过本单元的学习，使学生掌握文中的目标词和短语，熟悉本文的篇章结构，了解本文所讨论的社会问题的原因和实质，探讨相应的对策。通过小组讨论来强化学生的意识，拓展其社会视角，帮助树立正确的人生观和价值观。

3、重点、难点和考核要求
（1）重点：accessibility, advisable, burden, isolation, maturity, steadily, unlock, widespread, after all, in case of, cope with, on a (daily, monthly...) basis及in the long run等的意思、同根词和用法。
（2）难点：priority, resentful, resentment, unsupervised, doze off, take into consideration的用法；work的动词搭配、意思区别及用法；英文比较结构的句式和译法。
（3）熟记： accessibility, advisable, burden, compel, disappointing, fee, fulfillment, homemaker, isolation, maturity, phenomenon, priority, resentful, resentment, salaried, unsupervised, widespread等。
（4）领会：all too often; doze off; cope with 以及work out的用法；比较结构的翻译技巧。
（5）综合应用：利用本单元所学单词、短语及语法和句型结构使学生能够听懂、读懂、看懂与本单元主题相关的背景知识，并就课文所涉及的社会问题和当今社会所存在的问题进行个人发言、小组讨论和书面表达，能够较准确翻译一般的句子和段落。

1、学习目的和要求
　　通过本单元的学习，使学生掌握文中的目标词和短语，熟悉本文的篇章结构，理解职业规划对于大学生的意义。职业规划有助于大学生对人生有更清晰的理念，通过摄取他人一些成功的建议，可以为自己的职业规划提供参考，更好地去适应社会，趋利避害。
