全面护理对老年脑出血患者生活质量改善的临床观察

【摘要】 目的：探讨全面护理对老年脑出血患者生活质量改善效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013年3月-2014年9月收治的78例脑出血老年患者为研究对象，将其随机分为干预组和常规组，分别采用全面护理和常规方法护理，比较两组患者运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量及满意度。结果：干预组患者运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量中生理功能、生理职能、健康状况、社会职能、情感职能评分均高于常规组，两组间各值比较差异均有统计学意义（P
