渣油加氢装置实现长周期运行的措施及应用

摘 要:渣油加氢装置作为重质油加工的重要装置,对公司原油采购、催化装置的高效运行、总体经济效益都有重要的影响,因此优化渣油加氢装置的工艺操作,适当延长装置的运行时间,维持较高渣油掺炼量,对提高公司经济及环保效益有重要的意义。本文通过分析影响渣油加氢装置长周期运行的因素,采取针对性的优化措施,实现装置的长周期运行。 关 键 词:渣油加氢;固定床;催化剂;压降;运行周期

Abstract: The fixed bed residue hydrotreating unit, as an important means of heavy oil processing, has important influence on the procurement of crude oil, efficient operation of catalytic cracking unit, and overall economic benefit. Therefore the optimization of the process operation and how to prolong the running time and maintain high residue blending quantity are
significance to improve the economic and environmental benefits. In this paper, the factors to affect the long period operation of the residue hydrotreating unit were analyzed; the corresponding optimization measures were put forward to realize the long period operation of the unit. 固定床渣油加氢工艺作为目前技术最成熟的加氢技术,在渣油加氢工艺过程中占主导地位。由于渣油的复杂性、劣质化及固定床反应器的特点决定了固定床渣油加氢装置的运转周期较短,通常只有1年,个别装置运行2年,而作为炼厂主要生产装置的催化裂化装置运行周期大多在3年以上,这就造成了渣油加氢装置和催化裂化运行周期的不匹配。渣油加氢停工期间催化裂化原料需优质化才能保证正常运转,这给公司的原油采购和配置提出了很高的要求,并
