摘 要
目前,我国民营企业呈现出迅猛发展的良好态势,已经成为国民经济发展中的一个重要组成部分.而反观我国证券市场,在目前沪深两市1200多家上市公司中,通过直接上市和买壳上市的民营企业所占比例不到20%,这与民营企业的地位、作用形成了鲜明的反差.无数实践说明,民营企业上市有利于解决民营企业融资难问题,有利于改变民营企业公司治理的缺陷;同时借助资本市场有利于提高企业核心竞争力,加速区域产业结构调整,并有利于资本市场资源的优化配置.因此,无论从健全中国股市本身而言,还是从发展经济的层面来看,都需要积极推动更多的民营企业上市.

Abstract
At present, China's private enterprises showing a good momentum of rapid development, has become an important part in the development of the national economy. But in our country stock market, the Shanghai and Shenzhen two city more than 1200 listing Corporation, through direct listing and listed private enterprises accounted for less than 20%, this position, and the role of private enterprises in stark contrast. Countless practice shows that the listed private enterprises to solve the financing problem of private enterprise, to change the defects of private Enterprise Inc governance; at the same time with the capital market to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, accelerate the adjustment of regional industrial structure, optimize the allocation of resources and is conducive to the capital market. Therefore no matter from the stock market, improve the China itself, or from the economic development perspective, to actively promote more private enterprises listed.
