复方亚甲蓝注射液在肛肠手术中的镇痛作用
摘要：目的:探讨复方亚甲蓝在肛肠术后镇痛的应用价值。方法：对 354例肛肠术后应用复方亚甲蓝局部注射,观察术后镇痛效果。结果：术后无痛及ⅰ度疼痛304例，占85.88%,ⅱ度疼痛 39例,占11.02%,ⅲ级11例,占3.11%，总有效率为96.89%。结论：复方亚甲蓝用于肛肠术后镇痛效果良好，安全可靠。 关键词：亚甲蓝 肛肠手术 镇痛
