市政设施养护管理问题思考
摘要：随着城市化发展的速度加快，市政养护事业面临着前所未有的广阔前景。在市政设施养护管理中，我们要激发工作积极性，使我们市政设施更加完好，城市更美丽。本文通过市政设施养护管理存在的问题，探讨了市政设施养护队伍的建设和市政设施养护工作的想法。关键词：市政设施；养护；机械；创新；城市形象
Abstract: with the development of urbanization speed, the municipal maintenance business facing unprecedented and broad prospects. In municipal facilities maintenance management, we should inspire working enthusiasm, make we municipal facilities more intact, the city more beautiful. This article through the municipal facilities maintenance and management of the existing problems, probes into the construction of the municipal facilities maintenance team and municipal facilities maintenance work ideas.

近两年来，城市建设得到了很大重视和加强，在城建工作中初步形成了规划、建设、管理的核心工作。为了提高市政设施养护管理水平，塑造城市新形象，提升城市品位，创造最适宜人居城市环境，在日常工作中进行了一些探索与尝试，取得了一定成效。
一、市政设施养护管理问题
1.1相关部门缺乏沟通为改善城市面貌的，提高人民生活水平，对旧街区的治理、配套实施的更新、改建的同时，造成部分市政设施破坏严重。造成了一种更新改造了这项城市基础设施的同时破坏或取消了另一项市政基础设施现象。例如，近几年改造市区“小锅炉”取暖现象，供热施工单位要重新铺设管道，管道沟槽的开挖造成通往小区的道路路面及地下部分排水管道受到损坏，不能及时恢复。据了解，现在市区内的城市基础设施单位如供热集团、供水公司、煤气公司、各通信运营公司等部门均设有自己的执法部门，在日常工作中，施工建设中只要不涉及到本单位管理维护的设施问题，各执法部门是不对施工单位执法的，造成单独执法和多方执法现象。
