沙美特罗替卡松粉联合孟鲁司特治疗学龄前儿童哮喘

【摘要】目的：比较沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合孟鲁司特与单用沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂治疗儿童中度哮喘的有效性。方法：将80例患中度间歇性哮喘的学龄前儿童（3~5岁）随机分成两组，治疗组使用沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂50/100 μg（葛兰素史克公司生产），每12小时吸入1次，孟鲁司特钠4 mg（杭州默沙东）晨起顿服1粒；对照组单用沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂50/100 μg（葛兰素史克公司生产），每12小时吸入1次，两组用药后均用温水漱口。治疗3个月后评价两组患儿呼气峰流速值（PEFR）的变化及哮喘日夜症状评分。结果：治疗3个月后，与对照组相比，治疗组PEFR值占预计值的百分比与对照组相比明显改善（P 【关键词】沙美特罗替卡松；孟鲁司特；学龄前儿童；哮喘
Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder with Montelukast Soudium in Treatment of Pre-school Children Asthma/FU Pei-pei.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（20）：021-023
【Abstract】Objective：To compare the effectiveness of Salmeterol Fluticasone Powder Inhalant combined with Montelukast and single Salmeterol Fluticasone powder inhalant.Method：80 cases with moderate intermittent asthma in preschool childen （aged 3-5） were randomly divided into two groups.
