二、商标权转让
商标权转让，是指注册商标所有人依法将其因注册商标产生的商标权转让给他人的行为。转让人保证自己是商标的所有人，说明在签约前曾向哪些人发放过何种类型的商标使用许可，以及原使用许可合同中对商标权所有人之义务的规定。

三、商标权保护期限

商标的有效期为十年，自核准注册之日起计算。注册商标有效期满可以续展;商标权的续展是指通过一定程序，延续原注册商标的有效期限，使商标注册人继续保持其注册商标的专用权。

3、《核准转让注册商标证明》标注的日期为转让注册的生效日期。

商标转让存在哪些问题
然而，民事诉讼并不能完全解决商标转让纠纷。
根据我国商标法第三十九条的规定，转让注册商标应由转让人和受让人签订转让协议后共同向商标局提出申请，经商标局核准公告后，受让人才享有商标专用权。
