One great way to stay healthy in winter is joining in team sports such as volleyball, basketball or soccer. The exercise and team spirit are hard to beat, but watch out for the hotpot party afterward. Take a class. Something like yoga or belly dancing is all you need to get out of the house once or twice a week. Plan to go with friends, that way you’ll motivate each other. Start a routine.
