The project was to maintain therelationship with the followers in Wechat, a popular online platform.
Firstly, I made an overall plan and reachedan agreement with my vice president. Secondly, I held a meeting of all theteammates to discuss issues in detail and assigned work.
Responsibilities of each person were asfollows: Record the basic personal information of the followers. Edit theuseful information for the followers. Communicate with the followers and askfor the feedback. Analyse the statistics of pageviews and active users.
In this project, I kept in touch with myteammates to ensure that they performed timely and properly and also dealt withemergencies.
Results: The followers gave us goodfeedback and there was no user unfollowed our Wechat account during that month.
Gains: Spirit of service, propercommunication, commitment and patience are crucial to the success of a project.

Our organization held a contest named\outstandingfunctions. Each function takes it seriously. As a member of Communications, Iwas elected to represent our function to compete for it.
Firstly, I sought advice from anexperienced alumni and then wrote, practiced, rehearse my speech in front of myteammates. After watching my rehearsal, some teammates gave useful feedback tome. What's more, some teammates taught me some beautiful PPT template, somegave me some new ideas of the speech, and others encouraged me when I was notconfident.
With the support of our team, I made awonderful speech in pulic and got the applause. More importantly, I gained mostvotes and won the award for our function.
Gains: The support and encouragement fromthe team is very important to success.
