家电零售连锁企业物流配送的
现状与研究
摘要
近年来家电零售连锁业自身的利润在不断摊薄,降低企业内部经营成本已成为未来 发展的必由之路,而物流配送体系的优化将是重要的一环。近年来,我国家电零售连锁业快速扩张并取得了显著的销售增长和市场地位的提升。 根据中国连锁经营协会的调查统计,2007年“中国连锁经营100强”中,有5家家电零售企业入围前30强。其中国美电器以1023.5亿元的销售规模高居榜首。然而近年来家电零售连锁业自身的利润在不断摊薄,降低企业内部经营成本已成为未来发展的必由之路,而物流配送体系的优化将是重要的一环。
通过对家电零售企业的配送各环节的具体分析,结合自己物流专业的学习,利用SWOT分析方法,在不同环境下各种家电零售企业的配送方案。从而进一步的分析总结出现阶段及未来家电零售业配送的趋势及大体发展方向。针对家电零售企业物流配送的发展现状及存在的问题,提出相应的建议。
