二、工作目标

三、方法措施

(四)加强班级管理，注意常规。一切从细节入手，不放弃常规管理，让学生全面发展。
(五)严抓纪律，并做好思想工作。对行为习惯较差的学生，多谈心，及时鼓励，让其不扰乱课堂的前提下，尽力学，不放弃。对优生会需要多关心和鼓励，调节心态，以竞争精神去拼搏，抛开一切杂念。力求：强科争优势、弱科保底线。
( 六)加强与家长联系。出现问题好及时沟通，共商对策，使其达到齐抓共管。
总之，对学生的德育教育工作，要多方面的管理，因材施教，提高我们的德育教育的管理水平，这样才能培养出二十一世纪有用之材。
