第一关，批量货物生产、定期交货。作为一个普普通通的跟单员，首先第一个重要的任务便是跟牢工厂，保证定期交货。还记得XX客户下了一大批订单，因为是初来乍到，很多东西都是不懂，一次接到的订单数量比以前一年的都要多好几倍。订单很琐碎，每个订单的数量相对较小。如果说一个新手，在没有经历过如此多的订单的情况下，如果内心不慌，那是骗人的，当时自己内心同样压力很大，再加上跟老员工的.交接也是在很短的时间内完成，很多东西也只是处于了解的状态，并且很多细节和一些流程都不是很熟悉，一下子怎样安全度过大批货物高峰期这个艰巨的任务便摆在了我们这个团队的每一个人面前，带着一颗惶恐的心开始了摸索之路。很庆幸是，得到了公司直接领导XXX的帮助，缓解了部分压力。从这件事上，让我对一句话有了更深的理解：无事时如有事般提防，方可消意外之变；有事时如无事般镇定，才能解局中之危。
