一、 目的
此程序的建立可以加强俱乐部会员资料的规范管理，使会员资料管理系统化、规范化。
二、 范围
此文件适用于会员入会时，即时填写其个人真实信息，以方便俱乐部对会员有所切实了解及掌握。
三、 程序
1、 2、
会籍顾问带领潜在会员参观俱乐部；
参观介绍后，会员若切实入会，会员应先缴纳全额的会籍费用(会籍种类会籍顾问做详细介绍由会员自行选择)；

会员真实填写“会籍申请表”；
会籍部根据会员所提供资料为办理及制作会员卡。

We/I, the undersigned, hereby apply for member(s) of Naga Club. We/I agree to be bound by and abide to all the By-laws of the Club plus the published rules and regulations of the Club and any amendments. We/I confirm on this application form is accurate.
吾等/本人兹申请成为Naga 会之会员。吾等/本人同意遵守本会所所订立的规则，以及公布的会所条例和任何修订条款。本人证实以上填写各项皆正确无误。
Upon the approval of the Committee, members shall pay their Joining Fees plus 12 months’ monthly subscription. After 12 months, monthly subscription is payable in advance. If a member’s monthly subscription remains unsettled, the Club will issue a statement of payment to the member who should settle his/her account within 14 days, otherwise the Club reserves the right to terminate his/her membership and his/her Joining Fee will not be refunded.
申请人接纳成为正式会员时，需缴付会籍全数入会费及十二个月之月费；十二个月后，月费将按年以上期方式收取。如会员欠交月费，会所将发出付账催收单，如十四天内仍未清缴欠款，则会所有权终止或取消其会籍，同时其入会费则不获退还。
